Margaret Jackson-Roberts
Margaret has been a resident in Gospel Oak for a number of years and has stood as a candidate for the Liberal Democrats in several previous council elections. Margaret was a governor at Gospel Oak school for 14 years, and is standing because she wants to see a focus on improving local community events and retail opportunities, with particular regard for the needs of people with disabilities- an issue that's close to home, as someone who lives with arthritis.
Margaret lives with a companion cat and is a keen choral singer and gardener. Margaret is friend of Kew and the British Museum, and was a volunteer at Fenton House in Hampstead for many years. She is a graduate of the LSE and retains a keen interest in history and politics.
