Lawrence Nicholson

Lawrence has lived in Blashford on Adelaide Road for 34 years. During this time, he's been actively involved in the local community, serving as a Chairman of the Blashford Tenants and Residents Association. He represented Blashford residents throughout the refurbishment of the Chalcot Estate, ensuring local voices were heard during a significant period change.

Lawrence has been involved with the Liberal Democrats for 20 years and notes that when the Chalcots Estate was in Belsize ward it benefitted from the hard work of Liberal Democrat councillors. 

He has also worked to support young people in the area by founding and managing a youth football team known as ACE United (All Culture Equally United).
